Our organization was founded on the premise that fast, reliable service and support  offerings are crucial to the continuity and function of your organization.  Computer Medic is one of the largest service providers in Michigan.  Our technicians are factory authorized to service both warranty and non-warranty  products from most manufacturers.  Serving thousands of companies since inception in 1984, we have refined our service deliverables to include 24 hour support options, network planning and implementation, custom service contracts, and one  of the largest spare part inventories in the area.  Quality service and support are essential to the success of your computer operations.

BREAK/FIX SERVICES:

Standard Service - Standard service is our most economical option.  Repairs are completed in the order in which they are received and are subject to longer service turnaround times.  Typically, the diagnostic response time for carry-in repairs is 1-2 business days and on-site service is 1-2 business days.  These times may fluctuate depending upon the work load.

Priority Service - This option affords you a faster response time.  Typical response time for both carry-in and on-site service is 24 hours or less.

Ultimate Priority Service - This option afford you the fastest response time.  Typical response time for both carry-in and on-site service is 4 hours or less.
