Pack your Laptop in it's original box if available, or in a suitable size box that has a minimum of 3 inches of foam or bubble wrap around all sides of the laptop.
Include the AC adaptor and software CDs which came with unit.

When Your Laptop Arrives:
We will diagnose the problem and call/email you with an estimate within 1 business day.
After the estimate is approved, we will repair the unit and return it via UPS ground service.
